RhinoSpect provides two forms of access to inspections.


  • Users are able to create and edit inspections.  They use the app on their mobile device.

Because RhinoSpect operates on a publish and subscribe model, you don't have to create specific users.  Users just need to know the module name and password.


  • Guest Viewers are only able to view and export inspections.  This is done through Rhinospect.com.

You can provide guest viewers with three ways of viewing your inspection data:

  1. CSV Export.  They can export all your inspection data in CSV format to open in Excel or other spreadsheets.
  2. Photo Export.  They can export all inspection photos.
  3. Map View.  They can view all inspections on a map.
Guest access can additionally be restricted to a specific time frame, or number of visits.
